    Strengthening cultural activities in rural areas with the independent performing arts - models for the professionalisation of cultural infrastructures in rural regions of Brandenburg

    In the FHP profile line 'Social Space – Education, Participation and Community', the project (2026–2028), funded by the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG/German Research Foundation), is investigating the role of the independent performing arts in transformation and participation processes.

    Expertise-oriented methods for the use of artificial intelligence in the creative industries

    Research and development of methods for the use of GenAI in the context of the value chains of the creative industries, which lead to synergetic effects of artistic and creative competences in cooperation with AI. To disseminate the findings, recommendations for action and OERs for the development and integration of AI tools will also be published.

    The "Finding, collecting and publishing data treasures" project funded by the Innovation Fund makes it easier for researchers to access resources and infrastructure in order to prepare and publish research data in accordance with FAIR principles. The process of data publication is accompanied by counselling and training and a culture of open research is strengthened.
