Systemic Constellations – Register now!
For the ninth time, the certificate course ‘Systemic Constellations’ will start in November 2025 under the course leadership Dr Andrea Berreth. The course starts on 27 November and registrations are still possible until 2 November 2025.
This practice-oriented, part-time continuing education programme is aimed at individuals who are familiar with systemic thinking and now want to professionalise their existing knowledge and experience. The programme can be completed with a university certificate.
Seminar – Grief in the Workplace
It's not just colleagues who die; grief is also present in private life and an important topic that also influences work. Employees grieve for close relatives, parents, sometimes children, and not infrequently for clients, students, or even students. Beside great sympathy, there often remains a sense of shock and uncertainty. What helps colleagues and their families, and how can work be reorganised in a new and perhaps different way?
This one-day seminar will take place on 20/02/2026, and is aimed at human resources managers, executives, and all interested employees who would like to further their education in the field of grief and death. You can register until the 31st of January, 2026.
Apply now - Kita Intensiv programme
The Kita Intensiv continuing education programme is aimed at educators and social pedagogues who already hold a management position in a daycare centre and provides practical knowledge, methods and tools to support them in their leadership and management tasks.
The continuing education programme takes place from 9 March to 25 September 2026. In three compact block weeks, theoretical basics are taught in various modules and reinforced through group work, practical exercises using case studies and contributions from the participants themselves.
