Digital teaching at the Department of Social and Educational Sciences
We are the LabDigitale and support digital teaching in the Department of Social and Educational Sciences. Providing and jointly editing working materials, organising appointments or developing wikis, tests and surveys are just a few ways to didactically enhance your teaching.
Support

At the Department of Social and Educational Sciences, teaching is supported with digital offerings on Moodle [face-to-face courses in Social Work (B. A.) and Education and Childhood (B. A.)] and Olat [Social Work Online (B. A.), Social Work Dual Digital (B. A.) and Social Work, Focus on Family (M. A.)]. The Quamp course evaluation, for which we also offer support, is also accessible via the learning platforms.
The courses are set up by us before the start of the semester; teachers receive a link and further information by e-mail before the respective course starts. Students must have their own access. Students receive their access data with their enrolment. The login for Moodle is done via the Campus.account. Teachers should contact the Service Centre if they do not have access.
For technical questions regarding MS Teams and Zoom, please contact Alfred Melchior (e.g. by e-mail).
Projects in Digital Teaching
PeP - eExams
In the project eExaminations (PeP), digital examination formats are to be designed and tested for 12 existing digitised lectures. This work is to be carried out in an interdisciplinary manner in order to capture the specific requirements of the disciplines, but also to connect the didactic commonalities of the disciplines.
The challenge is not to translate existing analogue exams 1:1 into digital exams, but to develop digital formats that surpass analogue formats didactically.
studyDIGITALE
The studiumDIGITALE project also developed 14 lectures into e-lectures between April 2020 and March 2021 and tested digital examination formats.
