care4career career guidance
care4career is the programme for career orientation: from the first questions about the right job after graduation to the development of personal skills and targeted application coaching. By completing the entire programme, consisting of 3 modules, 2 ECTS credit points and a meaningful certificate can be achieved.
What is care4career?
care4career is a career orientation programme that can be flexibly integrated into your studies. It teaches the basics for a holistic, personalised and therefore promising approach to career choices right from the start: Those who know themselves well, their strengths, potential and values, are more likely to find themselves in a career field that they find fulfilling.
It is made up of 3 building blocks:
- Growth Journey
- Career Coaching
- workshops
By completing the programme, 2 ECTS credits can be achieved and a meaningful certificate is awarded.
Structure and recognition of the care4career programme
By completing the care4career programme, participants receive a certificate and 2 ECTS credit points. Credit transfer is only possible once.
It is recommended to combine care4career with the Job Upgrade certificate programme. 3 ECTS credits can be recognised for each Job Upgrade. In combination, the two certificates can thus be credited with 5 ECTS credits.
The care4career programmes can of course also be taken independently of each other. There is no certificate and no 2 ECTS credit points for this, but a certificate of attendance can be issued.
