Equality & Protection against discrimination
We promote diversity and actively work against discrimination. A central aspect of equality work is to consider the consequences of every decision equally for all genders.
In addition to the diverse services offered by the Equal Opportunities Office we offer you support and counselling if you have experienced discrimination or questions about anti-discrimination.
Overcoming barriers, realising potential
University members with health impairments and disabilities benefit from numerous support services.
Counselling on Accessibility during studies and compensation for disadvantages in examinations and participation in working life can be obtained from our representative for university members with disabilities and the representative for severely disabled persons.
