Equal opportunities at our university

Bunte Handabdrücke auf einer Wand

The University of Applied Sciences Potsdam stands for diversity. Our aim is to ensure that the path to university, to a successful degree or in the work areas is fair, regardless of origin or gender.

Individual development opportunities & flexible offers

We want to support our university members and, in addition to individual development opportunities, offer flexible programmes that are ideal for combining family and studies or career. We work against disadvantages and discrimination. University members with disabilities help to shape everyday university life. The representatives for the severely handicapped and the commissioner for university employees with impairment provide support in this regard.

Family

We are a family-friendly university. Are you already familiar with the services offered by the FAMteam and our family centres?

Family

Equality

The interests of and consequences for the genders must be considered in all projects and decisions. The central and decentralised equal opportunities commissioners at the FHP take care of this.

Equality
