Contributions & Fees for your Studies

Here you will find information on the costs: Semester fee incl. Deutschlandsemesterticket, costs for part-time studies and postgraduate MA programmes.

Semester fee

The semester fee consists of the student union fee, student body fee, enrolment and re-enrolment fee and the Deutschlandsemesterticket.

* From winter semester 2025, the student body fee will increase from 15.34 euros to 21.88 Euro.

** The negotiations regarding the Deutschlandsemesterticket from summer semester 2024 have been concluded. The price for the Deutschlandsemesterticket is 60 % of the Deutschlandticket (currently 6 months x 34.80 Euro = 208.80 Euro). *** The actual fee to be paid may be reduced due to leave of absence, study abroad, internship, Master's degree and/or distance learning, etc. The scope of authorisation and the exemption options are also newly listed in the contract.

Part-time/blended learning degree programme

For the part-time or blended learning study programme, additional material procurement fees must be paid:

BA Social Work (online): 65.00 Euro/online module (total for 17 online modules, approx. 3 per semester).
MA Social Work with Families: 65.00 Euros/online module (total for 8 online modules, 1-2 per semester)
