The University of Applied Sciences Potsdam was founded in 1991 with the aim of pursuing a consciously practice-oriented and interdisciplinary orientation, which results in lively cooperation between the study programs. As a small university of applied sciences with approximately 350 employees and about 3,600 students in five departments, it develops a wide range of research and transfer activities in the fields of social and educational sciences, urban | building | culture, civil engineering, design and information sciences.
