Konrad, Archival Studies

What I like about my degree programme is ...
... the relaxed atmosphere at the university and the many people I have met.

One highlight was ...
... an excursion as part of the "Conservation" course, where we took a close look at the conservation standards of a Brandenburg archive.

Mika, Archival Studies

What I like about my degree programme ...
is the mix of theory and practice. You learn a lot of theory and apply it in student projects and internships. This prepares you very well for your future career in the archive. The programme also has a great, informal atmosphere with the students and lecturers.

My favourite course so far has been ...
Data Literacy. In this course, we developed and conducted data-based experiments to teach us data literacy in archives. The course was a lot of fun because we were able to work independently and develop and supervise our own small project.
