An increasing number of psychosocial fields of work such as therapy, counselling and coaching are using systemic constellations. Regular feedback, self-reflection and testing new tools are crucial in order to continuously develop practical skills and work effectively with clients. In the Systemic Constellations workshop, you have the opportunity to familiarise yourself more intensively with this method or to deepen your experience.

At a glance
The course is based on proven methods and principles of systemic constellation work according to Varga von Kibéd and Sparrer. Based on the participants' own questions from their professional and private contexts, systemic constellations of various formats are carried out. In addition to the search for suitable systemic solutions, the focus is on trying out constellation formats and miniature constellations. The workshop can be taken in addition to the Systemic Constellations certificate course.
Target group: The training is aimed at anyone who wants to familiarise themselves more intensively with constellations as a method or who wants to deepen their existing knowledge or experience.
Constellation formats
The following constellation formats are at the centre of the workshop and are taught, tested, practised and experienced in different roles based on the respective concerns brought in:
- Problem constellation
- Constellation of the hidden issue
- Solution constellation
- Tetralemma constellation
- Belief polarity constellations
- Organisational structure constellations
- Family structure constellations
- Constellations with figures
- Exploratory constellations
Mode of operation
We work with case studies that are brought in by the participants. In addition to a theoretical part, the focus is on constellation work with human representatives, ground anchors and figures.

My work as a coach and constellation facilitator is characterised by mindfulness and openness to everything that emerges. I enter the process without a preconceived image.
