Workshop: Non-violent-communication and conflict management in everyday working life

Julia-Toni Reiche, an expert in communication and conflict management, provides a compact overview of the important topics of non-violent communication and trains participants in the practical use of NVC.

Communication is everything! However, the question is always "how". 
Trainer Julia-Toni Reiche from DIALOGWERK not only teaches the dos and don'ts of non-violent communication, but also shows how conflict management can lead to more productive teams in everyday working life.

These are the contents of the workshop:

  • Analysis & reflection: Divisive parts of communication: Which ones do I use and how do I show more appreciation?
  • Introduction to the 4 steps of NVC according to Rosenberg
  • Understanding and applying the NVC mindset
  • Practical exercises and feedback on the use of the 4 steps in the area of giving and receiving feedback and conducting conversations
  • Introduction to the conversation method of mirroring as a deescalative conversation technique
  • Using and utilising questioning techniques and active listening to clarify and resolve conflicts
  • Group and trainer feedback
