New Careers Advice and orientation Programme "care4career" Launched to Accompany Studies
From initial questions about the right job after graduation to the development of personal skills and targeted job application coaching: 2 ECTS credits can be earned by completing the entire care4career programme.
Which job suits me and my skills, talents and values - my personality? Which working environment will make the most of my knowledge and strengths?
With care4career, your own potential is explored and career goals are identified. Together with the specialist knowledge acquired on the programme, this forms the ideal basis for a successful career start.
care4career is made up of 3 modules:
- Growth Journey
Time-flexible e-learning course in Moodle that trains self-reflection and resilience - Career Coaching
Individual counselling on career planning - including time and milestone plan, basics of the application process as well as constructive and solution-oriented courses of action - Workshops
3freely selectable workshops from the 360° FUTURE portfolio
Participants receive a certificate and 2 ECTS credits for completing the care4career programme.
