From Procrastination to Action: Overcoming Procrastination and Studying more productively

Who hasn't been there? A chore is due, but instead you tidy your room, check social media or watch "just one" episode of your favourite series. Procrastination is a common phenomenon – but there are proven methods to break out of the procrastination trap, says psychologist Jörg Bergmann.

The interactive lecture "From procrastination to action" helps students to understand the psychological mechanisms behind procrastination and develop practical strategies to tackle tasks in a more structured way. Participants learn how to motivate themselves, optimise their working style and become more productive in the long term – without any last-minute panic.

Simple but effective techniques can be used to utilise study time more efficiently and make everyday study life more relaxed. Less stress, more focus – and a good feeling at the end of the day.
