Copyright and Social Media for Public Libraries

Copyright law has governed the work of libraries for decades. Whether it's loan remuneration, readings, advertising with cover illustrations and more, the Copyright Act contains regulations for all of this, which have been constantly developed further due to the changes in the media. Libraries have been using social media platforms for some years now. Copyright regulations have also recently been introduced for this. The planned webinar will present copyright law for libraries, including social media.

The event is aimed at all interested employees from Brandenburg's public libraries. Online access will be sent via the relevant mailing lists of the target group. If you are interested in the event and have not received access, please contact us.
