Contents
Unit 1: Non-profit law
- In-depth knowledge of the tax law principles of the German Fiscal Code, the Value Added Tax Act and other tax-relevant regulations as well as the practical significance of tax law for non-profit organisations and limited liability companies.
- Ability to apply this knowledge to legal issues in your own social organisation and to assess their impact on the organisation.
- Ability to recognise when professional legal advice is necessary.
Unit 2: Labour law
- In-depth knowledge of labour contract law and the ability to apply this knowledge to problems: from recruitment to dismissal, the problem of "bogus self-employment" among freelancers and other freelancers, and the most important provisions of the Works Constitution Act.
- Expertise in drawing up a legally sound reference letter.
- Ability to recognise when professional legal advice is necessary.
