Workshop for the Self-Employed: AI for Strategy & Positioning
Workshop series with business consultant and AI coach Sophie Gacs, who helps founders to build their own AI operating system. A system that thinks, works and grows with the company. The first workshop with professional Sophie Gacs is all about defining your own business. What do I stand for, why should my ideal customer buy from me?
In five hours, the participants work with KI on what others have been putting off for weeks: their own values, visions, target group, an individual positioning statement and a roadmap for the next 90 days. At the end of the day, the goal is to explain in two sentences what the business is and for whom.
