Workshop on effective self-management and time management for employees

Lydia Hänel provides the participants with a range of methods and opportunities for reflection and exchange. These help to develop greater composure, structure and sovereignty in their time management, as well as creating new spaces for focused, disruption-free and efficient work.

In view of parallel tasks in different areas of life, self-organised work and short or long-term deadlines, it is often difficult to set priorities, find time and space for concentrated and undisturbed work and be mindful of our own energy.

On the one hand, digital work tools make our work easier, but on the other hand they can distract us from what we actually want to concentrate on and blur the boundaries between work and private life. Unpredictable schedule changes and newly added tasks make it even more difficult to maintain a clear overview and find undisturbed work windows.

In the workshop with mindfulness trainer and psychologist Lydia Hänel, participants learn to scrutinise their everyday lives, identify time wasters and learn to obtain more structure to their time- and self-management:

  • prioritising tasks
  • createing time windows for undisturbed and focussed work
  • keeping an eye on long-term projects and simultaneously incorporating acute tasks
  • using time off responsibly and healthily.
