Diana Zill is head of the FAMteam at the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam and was appointed Family Officer in September 2019. In her work, she pursues the implementation of the goals of a family-friendly university and sensitises all university members to the compatibility of family responsibilities with studying, teaching and working. In doing so, it represents the interests and needs of the very different families, which need to be identified and incorporated into the possible range of services offered by the FHP. She works closely with the family affairs commissioners of the five departments, the equal opportunities commissioner and the university management. She receives expert assistance from Prof. Dr. Karin Borck.
