Inclusive and non-discriminatory working environment

Andreas Hülsen explains how to create a supportive working environment by identifying toxic behaviour from the outset and removing potential barriers.

In a constantly changing world and workplace, many people find it challenging to clearly identify their own strengths, aspirations and goals amidst the expectations of the outside world, and to be able to put these into practice. Finding a suitable career and life path is the key to a happier and healthier life.

The workshop will cover the following topics, amongst others:

  • Identifying personal aspirations and aligning them with what is possible and achievable
  • Career patterns within the family
  • Evolution rather than revolution: the envy exercise
  • Factors that make a job appealing to us
  • Self-reflection: Where do I stand?
