Working Group on "Library Work with Children and Young People" in Frankfurt (Oder)
On the 27th of May 2026, forty staff members from Brandenburg’s public libraries met for their half-yearly working group on "Library work with children and young people". This time, the event was hosted by the Frankfurt (Oder) City and Regional Library.
Colleagues from the Frankfurt (Oder) City and Regional Library presented the participants with fascinating information about the work of their library and led active and constructive group workshops on relevant topics relating to AI and library work with young people. This was followed by a discussion amongst the participants.
We would like to extend our warmest thanks to all participants and, in particular, to the team at the Frankfurt (Oder) City and Regional Library for a successful event.
The next working group meeting will take place on the 21st of October 2026 at the Anna-Ditzen Library in Neuenhagen.
