Successful Completion of the First Continuing Professional Development Course on "Systemic Organisational Transformation"

From October 2025 to June 2026, the participants worked together across seven modules to explore how organisations can be effectively structured and how people can be professionally supported through change processes. The training programme consistently combines two perspectives: organisational design (Orgdesign) and supporting people through transformation. The aim was to provide participants with the tools to plan change processes more confidently, communicate them efficiently and implement them successfully in their own professional practice.

In particular, the diverse professional backgrounds of the participants – drawn from businesses, public sector bodies and social organisations – lent the programme a special dynamism. Application-oriented case studies, peer consultation and ongoing joint reflection on individual issues characterised the intensive collaboration.

The certificate course was led by Gabriele Dreilich and Frank Hörhold, who complemented their academically grounded content with many years of practical experience in organisational development and transformation.

The next intake for the training programme begins on the 12th of November 2026.
