The Campus will Change in April - Start of Construction for New Building "V"

For safety reasons, all university members and visitors are requested to only use the designated footpaths.

The construction site and the construction site facilities 
The fenced-in construction site is located between the access road to and from Kiepenheuerallee, Haus 17/Casino and the solar pavilion. The construction site facilities area (BE area) is located on the campus meadow and is also fenced in. There is heavy construction activity with vehicle traffic between the construction site and the BE area.

Access routes and routing 
The main access route for construction site vehicles is via the gate on Georg-Hermann-Allee, the main exit via Kiepenheuerallee. The road between these two points is used irregularly by construction site vehicles.

Safely through the construction site: Please use footpaths!
To protect all pedestrians, designated footpaths will be set up, signposted and passages marked with barrier posts. The safe footpaths are shaded green on the enclosed site plan. The access road to and from Kiepenheuerallee will remain passable.

Noise pollution possible
Increased noise pollution due to construction work is expected on campus from 27 April 2026. The noisy work is planned for a period of approximately four weeks. We ask all university members for their understanding.
