Workshop
The main focus of the workshop with professional Tobias Schneider is on identifying your own interests, strengths, aspirations and goals for the future.
In a constantly changing world and workplace, many people find it challenging to clearly identify their own strengths, aspirations and goals amidst the expectations of the outside world, and to be able to put them into practice. Finding the right career and life path is the key to a happier and healthier life.
The workshop will cover the following topics, amongst others:
- Identifying personal aspirations and aligning them with what is possible and achievable
- Career patterns within the family
- Evolution rather than revolution: the envy exercise
- Factors that make a job appealing to us
- Self-reflection: Where do I stand?
