Creative Entrepreneurship – From the Idea to the Company
What does creative entrepreneurship mean and how does an idea become a successful company? How can you turn your creative vision into a functioning business model? This 2-day workshop is about the exciting journey from the initial idea to the founding of a company.
Anastasiya will share her personal journey as a designer and entrepreneur in the first part of the workshop. She will speak openly about the challenges and mistakes she has made along the way and the valuable lessons she has learnt. In doing so, she addresses the crucial questions: What does it take to have a good idea? How do you get it ready for the market? What steps are necessary to successfully establish a design label?
Topics in the first part:
- What is creative entrepreneurship and how does it differ from traditional business models?

- Important steps in setting up a company: from the idea to realisation
- Mistakes and lessons learnt from practice: What can you avoid when starting up?
In the second part of the workshop, Anastasiya will share the practical tools and strategies she has used to start and scale her businesses. These tools are not only important for designers, but for anyone who wants to realise a creative business idea.
