Workshop
The workshop, led by professional Kerstin Stock, explores human behaviour in interpersonal relationships and examines different leadership styles and how to deal with them.
How do I behave within a team and when there are other people around me?
Values, beliefs and our own upbringing interact in complex ways and determine how we behave when we meet other people. Getting to know yourself and learning to assess other people can help you act in a healthier way, both at work and in life.
The workshop will cover the following topics, amongst others:
- Deviance and social control, or: How conformist do I want to be?
- Identifying beliefs
- Working on values
- Identifying different leadership styles
- Identifying your own leadership style
