The Conservation and Restoration Degree Programme at denkmal 2026 in Leipzig

The Conservation and Restoration degree programme will once again be represented this year at denkmal, Europe’s leading trade fair for heritage conservation, restoration and the renovation of historic buildings.

Every two years, experts from Germany and abroad gather at the Leipzig Exhibition Centre to exchange the latest information and present projects and products. The degree programme will be represented in Hall 2 K36, to speak to prospective students and network with experts in the field. We are also presenting the newly introduced specialisation, "Material Diversity in Heritage", represented by Prof Dr Corinna Grimm-Remus.

On all days of the fair, which takes place from the 5th to the 7th of November (from 09.30 am to 6.00 pm daily, until 4.00 pm on Saturday) , lecturers and students will be on hand to answer questions about the degree programme.

As part of the lecture forum organised by the „Verband der Restauratoren“ (Hall 2, Stand L33), Prof Dr Jan Raue will give a lecture on Thursday the 5th of November at 4.00 pm on the topic "Studieren im Weltkulturerbe - Der Studiengang Konservierung und Restaurierung in Potsdam". He will present current and past study and research projects at the World Heritage sites in our vicinity, as well as highlight the practice-oriented teaching at the FHP across our three specialisations for the bachelor's degree and MA level.

We look forward to welcoming you to our stand in Leipzig from the 5th to the 7th of November 2026.
