Online Workshop – Data Science & Digital Literacy

Together with professional Sophie Gacs, participants will explore how data is turned into informed decisions, and what role AI plays in this process.

Those who are confident in handling data and AI gain a real advantage when starting their careers. This interactive workshop teaches data literacy as a key skill: from the basics of data collection and the requirements for machine-readable data through to the practical analysis of real-world datasets – all without any programming knowledge. Participants’ own journey into working life serves as the practical example.

There is a particular focus on using artificial intelligence with confidence: participants learn to use AI tools productively as analytical partners, to critically evaluate AI-generated content, and to understand how machines make predictions from data and where their limitations lie.

The workshop offers a fantastic opportunity to acquire practical skills that are of great importance in the modern world of work.
