Basic knowledge for the self-employed or those planning to become self-employed on the essential start-up topics of "copyright law" and "contract law".
In the 4-hour seminar with lawyer and start-up coach Harald Keil, important points and topics of copyright and contract law are explained. This basic knowledge is particularly important for founders, freelancers and the self-employed. The topics covered include
Copyright law:
- Origin of copyright law
- Co-authorship
- moral rights and exploitation rights
- Usage right agreements
- Free licences
Contract law:
- Formation of a contract
- Differentiation between the various types of contract
- Difference between individual contracts and general terms and conditions
- Structure and minimum content using the example of a classic project contract
- Structure and minimum content of general terms and conditions
- Contractual problems such as liability, warranty and termination
