Aims of the training
By obtaining the certificate, participants are able to recognise the specific concerns of young children and infants in different professional contexts, to assess dangerous situations and to communicate these findings with other professional groups.
Target group
The in-service further education programme is aimed at social workers, psychologists, educators and other practitioners with relevant experience.
Mode of operation
In the modules, an interdisciplinary team of lecturers imparts sound specialist knowledge and deepens it in interdisciplinary discourse. The students get the opportunity to connect the contents in joint case work with their own profession-specific practice. Accompanying supervision in small groups supports reflection on one's own perspective.
Costs
A participation fee of 2,190 euros (VAT-exempt) must be paid for the course. Graduates of the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam receive 5 % reduction.
