Students and graduates meet potential employers at the Matching Day. All students who are looking for a job after graduation or an internship at sought-after regional companies are invited to take part. The FHP offers preparatory workshops to give students a solid basis for the interviews.

The EXIST-Women funding programme supports women interested in starting a business at universities and research institutions in the first phase of founding a company. In 2026, five female students from the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam will receive funding.

On the 12th ofJanuary, 2026, the two founders of DAHLEDOHR presented their DOPPELHOHRN 10.1 speakers, which won the Brandenburg Design Award, as part of the TINY HOUSE RAVE at the FHP Mobil.
