FHPcloud – Cloud Storage of the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam
With FHPcloud, files and folders can be synchronised and shared between different computers. The service also offers many other functions for collaborative work.
FHPcloud at a glance
Accessibility
The FHPcloud can be accessed at any time via the browser. For long-term work with the service, we recommend synchronisation with your end device.
Storage space
All teachers, staff and students have access to an area in the FHPcloud with 50 GB of storage space, which can also be extended upon request. Research projects, departments and other areas have the option of creating separate areas with their own storage space.
Share data
Sharing is the great strength of this system, as this is not only possible with other users of the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam, but also with external users. In addition, there are many functions for collaboration through various extensions. There is also the possibility to create simple surveys or a Kanban board for task management. Many of the functions are self-explanatory, but instructions are also available in German and English.
Synchronisation
Files from the FHPcloud can be synchronised with desktop and mobile devices. The installation of the Nextcloud sync client is necessary for this.
