Campus.Account

Newly enrolled students will receive their access data together with their Campus.Card by post. This letter should reach you a few days after enrolment. The login for students is the matriculation number preceded by an "s".

All staff members will of course also receive a Campus.Account.

You have to activate the account once.

You can view connected services and make specific settings in the Campus.Account portal.

If you have forgotten the access data to your Campus.Account, please contact the administrator of your department or us.

Students can also reset their password using their private email address stored in MyCampus. To do this, please go to: https://account.fh-potsdam.de/recovery

After changing the password for the Campus.Account, this applies to all systems that use the Campus.Account. This affects, among others, the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam email address, Moodle, the eduroam Wifi and MyCampus.

Exmatriculated students keep their account for six months. They will be informed four weeks before their account expires.

Retired professors keep their account for one year and can then renew it annually.

Retired employees (academic and non-academic) keep their account for six months. An extension can be made in justified cases.

Individual agreements can also be made for staff members. To do so, please contact Central IT with your routing slip when you leave. Otherwise, the above-mentioned periods are applied.
