Find your Purpose & Shape your Future!
Discovering your personal purpose and your own values can be a milestone for a successful professional future after graduation. In the workshop with Sophie Müller, this will be worked out using interactive and creative methods.
The workshop is suitable for anyone who is planning to become self-employed or start a business and wants to work out the deep-rooted motivation behind it. The workshop with Sophie Müller can also be informative for graduates who do not yet have a concrete idea for their professional life.
In the interactive online workshop, participants develop a clear vision for a professional future – particularly in the cultural and creative sector. Together, they explore what really drives the participants and how each of them can make the most of their unique skills. Proven methods from purpose finding and creative visualisation techniques are used to work out what you are "on fire" for and how everyone can find their place in the field of tension between artistic aspirations and economic reality in order to be successful and happy with their job.

- decoding your personal purpose and defining your core values
- interactive methods such as Ikigai, vision boards & values work
- exchange with like-minded people in small groups
- concrete next steps for the path after graduation
