The digital world offers countless opportunities for flexible learning – but also many distractions and challenges: How do you manage to keep track of deadlines, lectures and exams? How do you avoid time wasters such as social media or unproductive multitasking? And how do you still find time for relaxation and socialising?
In the interactive workshop "Time under control – self-management in digital studies", participants learn how to use digital tools sensibly for their studies, set clear priorities and organise their daily routine in such a way that they can work efficiently without "burning out". Psychologist Jörg Bergmann teaches scientifically sound and practical techniques with which everyone can learn in a more focussed way, work more productively and use time more consciously.
The accompanying lecture "Digital change and self-organisation: successful learning in the flood of information" also provides valuable insights into psychological strategies for self-management. Attendees will learn how to increase concentration, minimise digital distractions and stay motivated in the long term - important skills that are essential for later professional life.
The event is a free offer from Work@Heart in cooperation with Techniker Krankenkasse and will be held online via Zoom. The link will be sent after successful registration. Registration via e-mail to: 360gradzukunft@fh-potsdam.de
