Psychologist and author Julia Barden gives an overview of how stress develops and how it can be managed in a "healthy" way.
Career coach Julia Barden provides those interested/affected with tips and recommendations in an online lecture to prevent stress from making you ill while studying:
- Development of (harmful) stress
- Causes and warning signs of burn-out
- Healthy ways of dealing with stress
- Tools for preventing overload
- Effective relaxation methods
